The Hooks FFA Forage Evaluation team reached a major milestone this week, securing a fifth-place finish at the state competition held at Sam Houston State University.
The top-five ranking is the culmination of a season’s worth of preparation and technical study. Competing against the best programs in Texas, the team demonstrated high-level proficiency in agricultural evaluation.
In addition to the collective team achievement, Colton Grayson earned significant individual honors, placing sixth high individual in the state.
