Sidney Haley is a sophomore varsity volleyball player at Hooks High School. She looks up to her volleyball coach, Coach Price, for her knowledge and good advice. Sidney says the thing she enjoys the most at school is visiting with her friends at lunch. Her biggest accomplishment in life was making varsity volleyball.
After high school, Sidney knows she wants a degree and a good job where she can stay in Hooks. Her dream college is Texas Tech, as it is close to home. Outside of school, Sidney goes to church, and fun fact: she does her own nails. Sidney also has really good handwriting.
Sidney was asked two fun questions. For the first, if she were stuck on an island, she said she would bring a boat so she could leave. For the second, if she could eat one food for two years, she said she would choose Chick-fil-A.
Lastly, a quote she lives by is from Zig Ziglar: “When you focus on problems, you’ll have more problems; when you focus on possibilities, you’ll have more opportunities.”
