Hooks High School band is hosting a spring concert on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in the main gym. The concert will feature both the junior high concert and symphonic band, as well as the high school concert band. Each band will present their UIL contest, music, and pieces picked specifically for the concert.
Every year, the high school band performs the seniors’ first marching show concert counterpart. This year, the band will play Bohemian Rhapsody for the seniors, and Encanto in honor of Robert W. Smith, with the additional UIL pieces.
