Testing the Laws of Physics
November 3, 2022
HHS physics students participated in egg dropping projects on Nov. 25th and 26th, at the football field. The project required minimal supplies: all that was needed was toothpicks and hot glue.
The students were instructed to build something that would prevent their eggs from cracking when hitting the ground. Students were split up into groups, consisting of two or three people per group, to accomplish their goal and complete the assignment. Once the contraption was built, Mrs. Sartor, the psychics teacher, took the kids to the football field where their projects were tested.
“I had a lot of fun, but it was stressful,” senior Mackenzie Roy said.
